Prof. Challapalli Swaroopa Rani is a distinguished Telugu Dalit feminist poet, writer, scholar, and academic. She is a Professor at the Centre for Buddhist Studies, Nagarjuna University, Andhra Pradesh. Widely recognized as a pioneering Dalit feminist voice in Telugu literature, her poetry and essays explore caste, gender, social justice, and the lived experiences of Dalit women. A Buddhist scholar and historian, she brings together academic insight and personal experience to highlight the struggles and resilience of marginalized communities. She has authored more than a dozen books and is regarded as one of the most influential contemporary voices in Telugu literature.

ప్రొఫెసర్ చల్లపల్లి స్వరూపరాణి, ప్రముఖ తెలుగు దళిత ఫెమినిస్ట్ కవయిత్రి, రచయిత్రి, పరిశోధకురాలు, విద్యావేత్త. ఆమె ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌లోని నాగార్జున విశ్వవిద్యాలయంలో గల సెంటర్ ఫర్ బుద్ధిస్ట్ స్టడీస్ (బౌద్ధ అధ్యయన కేంద్రం) లో ప్రొఫెసర్‌గా పనిచేస్తున్నారు. తెలుగు సాహిత్యంలో దళిత ఫెమినిస్ట్ గొంతుకను బలంగా వినిపించిన మార్గదర్శకురాలిగా ఆమె విస్తృత గుర్తింపు పొందారు. ఆమె కవిత్వం, వ్యాసాలు ప్రధానంగా కులం, లింగ వివక్ష, సామాజిక న్యాయం, దళిత స్త్రీల నిజజీవిత అనుభవాలను ఆవిష్కరిస్తాయి.బౌద్ధ విద్వాంసురాలిగా, చరిత్రకారిణిగా ఆమె తన విద్యాపరమైన అంతర్దృష్టిని, వ్యక్తిగత అనుభవాలను జోడించి వెనుకబడిన వర్గాల పోరాటాలను, వారి ఆత్మస్థైర్యాన్ని ప్రపంచానికి చాటిచెప్పారు. ఇప్పటివరకు ఆమె డజనుకు పైగా పుస్తకాలను రచించారు. సమకాలీన తెలుగు సాహిత్యంలో అత్యంత ప్రభావవంతమైన గొంతుకలలో ఒకరిగా ఆమె పరిగణించబడుతున్నారు.
