Gautami Challagulla

Gautami Challagulla is a writer and director with a Master’s degree in Communication from the University of Hyderabad. A pioneer in Telugu web content, she is known for her witty, character-driven storytelling and strong female portrayals. She created Posh Poris, one of the first Telugu web series, and wrote for Mana Mugguri Love Story, Social, and the Tamil series Time Enna Boss (Amazon Prime). Her short films Joruga Hushaaruga and Sree were produced by National Award-winning filmmaker Nag Ashwin. Her recent series Maya Bazaar for Sale (Zee5) received national acclaim. She currently collaborates with filmmaker Singeetam Srinivasa Rao on a pan-India project.
