Dr. Prasadamurthy is a distinguished Telugu poet whose literary journey spans over three decades. He is celebrated for his unique imagery, inventive style, and human-centered themes. Since his debut with Kalaneta (1999), he has published several acclaimed collections, including Matladukovali (2007), Nanna Chettu (2010), Poolandoi Poolu (2014), Chenugattu Piano (2016), Desam Leni Prajalu (2018), Sagampitta (stories, 2019), and Amma Nanna Oka Cycle (2021). His research work Oka Dashabdamni Kudipesina Dalita Kavithvam (2017) is a landmark study of Dalit poetry. Known for versatility, he also wrote Goldie Padyalu, a poetic cycle dedicated to his pet dog. His works embody the essence of human experiences—fragrance, touch, and struggle—crafted into resonant verse. Recipient of numerous awards, including the Delhi Telugu Academy Award (2012), he has also won Nandi Awards for his documentary on Sri Sri.
