B. P. Padala

B.P. Padala is an educationist and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in academic leadership and institution building. A Mechanical Engineer with an MBA in Technology Management, he began his educational journey at 22 and went on to establish the renowned ROOTS Group of Colleges—spanning IIT foundation, management, hospitality, design, and media education. A visionary in career-oriented learning, he also founded TopCampus, an online career counseling platform. Beyond academia, he actively contributes to Rotary International, Freemasonry, and entrepreneurship forums like TiE Hyderabad and Hyderabad Directors & CEO Forum. His passion lies in travel, reading, and promoting liberal arts education.
